Cold HumpTM is organic camel milk ice. Only natural ingredients, spices and fruits are used for this milk ice. According to international food standards milk ice contains less than 10% fat (3.2% - 5.4%). Nevertheless, the texture is as creamy as ordinary ice cream because of the natural homogeneity of camel milk.
